About RealReviews360

We built this because we were tired of being lied to.

The Story

Every small business owner has been there: you need payroll software (or a CRM, or accounting tools), so you Google "best payroll software for small business." You land on a review site. Every product has a 4.2+ star rating. The #1 pick has a giant "Sponsored" badge. The "review" reads like marketing copy. You leave more confused than when you started.

So you do what everyone does: you go to Reddit. You search r/smallbusiness or r/accounting for real opinions from real users. And suddenly the picture is completely different. Products that had 4.5 stars on G2 are getting roasted. Products you've never heard of are getting praised by dozens of actual users.

We thought: why isn't there a review site that just... does this automatically? Analyze what real users say in forums, Reddit, and communities where there's no incentive to fake reviews?

So we built one.

Our Mission

Help small business owners (especially micro-businesses with 1-5 employees) find the right software tools without wading through paid reviews, sponsored content, and inflated ratings. Every recommendation on this site is backed by data from real user discussions — not vendor money.

What Makes Us Different

  • Zero vendor influence on rankings. We don't accept money from software companies to improve their scores. Period.
  • Real user data. Every score is derived from actual discussions in forums and communities where users have no incentive to lie.
  • Micro-business focus. We specifically serve businesses with 1-50 employees. What works for a 10,000-person enterprise is irrelevant to you.
  • Transparent monetization. We make money through affiliate links, clearly labeled. This funds our research but never affects scores.
  • Continuously updated. Scores are recalculated monthly based on the latest discussions. Software changes — our rankings reflect that.

How We Make Money

When you click a "Visit" link on our reviews and sign up for a product, we may earn an affiliate commission. We partner with products that score well in our analysis — because they're genuinely good, not because they pay us to rank them. Products without affiliate partnerships receive identical scoring.
